we adopted a dog and she got spayed in that day when we got her , she doesnt eat anything dry food , canned food ,or even treats, she always feel like vomiting sometimes she really does vomit , and theres a little blood of her poop. its been only 3 days today shes here with us and she got spayed. is this normal ? i dont know what to feed her.

Hello my name is Daniel and my parents refuse to take my dog to the vet so I wanted to ask if you could help figure out what’s wrong with him? He has severe scabs under his ear and he just grew a bump on his head. The scabs have been there for about a year now and we have tried different medications and they don’t work. Also, forgot to mention the dog is a German shepherd and is about 11 years old. If we can’t figure out what’s wrong soon we might have to put him down.
Recently, the cat has been diagnosed with I.B.D. He is eating grocery store canned wet food. He was given a steroid shot. The same food the other cat is receiving. I was told to give him probiotics to help with digestion. He no longer has diarrhea but his bowel movements are still really stinky. Enough to where the land lady is complaining about the smell. Should I switch his food to other canned food or dry food if so what kind would you recommend? Thank You!
