If the area is oversaturated, more extraction will be required.<br />STEP 3: Allow the area to dry naturally <br />STEP 4: Repeat the process if needed<br /><br />For highly porous surfaces and heavy-duty stains:<br />STEP 1: Saturate the area (if needed, saturate the backing/padding under carpet)<br />STEP 2: Re-saturate the area with water<br />STEP 3: Use a wet/dry vacuum over the area until the liquid is removed from the floor<br />STEP 4: Carpet will still be damp but it’s ok to let it dry naturally<br />STEP 5: Repeat the process if needed<br /><br />We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.
