My favorite is the Virbac veggie chews. They contain no meat products. Here is a link —> https://us.virbac.com/home/our-products/pagecontent/product-selector/cet/cet-veggiedent-tartar-control.html However, keep in mind that if Twinkie has severe dental disease (ie loose teeth, gum loss), then he won’t be able to handle any hard chews like this. Instead a good dental cleaning and extraction of any diseased teeth should be discussed with your veterinarian before using chews. Best of luck moving forward with Twinkie, and I hope that these are suitable for him. Take care

Vii can be given Heartgard (8 weeks is an appropriate age to start) but make sure you have the appropriate sized dose for Vii's weight. For fleas and ticks I recommend a monthly chewable product such as Nexgard, which is labeled for young puppies like Vii. This is a prescription product and is available from your veterinarian. Hope this helps!

I have had good success with the derma 369. If she has a lot of skin problems then I would talk to your vet about writing a prescription for derma strength pro. This one is a little stronger but is a prescription. I hope this helps!

Yes you can! its use should be strictly supervised and recommended by a veterinarian. Without more clinical informations it is difficult to be more specific about it. Please do not hesitate to contact us again on the forum or by requesting a consultation (where you can post pictures ) if you have any more questions or to discuss it any further.

Congratulations on adding Max to your family! Max will need to have his vaccines before he can be groomed so he will need to see the veterinarian. The best products for ticks are oral products like Simparica and Nexgard. You will need approval from your veterinarian to get these products. Seresto collars and Frontline will also kill ticks. Depending on where you live, if tick borne diseases are common, it may also be recommended to start Max on an antibiotic to try to prevent tick borne diseases. Heartworm testing and likely prevention will also be recommended. Certainly you may be able to look into vaccine clinics or low cost clinics which may be able to offer most or all of these services (you will need to check if they can address the tick borne illness issue). You may also look into the wellness programs offered by VCA and Banfield if they are in your area. Sometimes this is an affordable way to get the normal preventive care items for pets. I hope this helps and please feel free
