As you can see on the product, this does have the seal of the VOHC (Veterinary Oral Health Council), but when I look closer at the recommendations they have, this product seems to be better for dogs, than cats. It is absolutely safe for cats, but if you want to use one truly recommended by the VOHC for cats, then look for Healthymouth Toothpast/Brush Kit Combination for cats. This is the only toothpaste type product they recommend specifically for cats & this was of February, 2022. If you cannot find the Healthymouth toothpast for cats, then the Petsmile product is perfectly fine to use on Sweetie. Thanks for contacting Boop by Petco.

I would suggest sticking with a harness you are sure that your cat annoy scape from. Also, since you are taking him for walks regularly I would recommend making sure you have your cat microchipped so that if he does get away from you he will have a better chance of being returned. My new kitty cat is two years old and was adopted from a shelter in July so she’s been fixed and chipped. I’m assuming they gave her whatever shots she would need. This information may be on the papers on her that I will get on Wednesday. My question
Hunny Cat is so beautiful! If you are adopting her from a shelter, she should have a check up with the vet before being given to her new home. Ask them if she has seen a vet, and if she has, then you don't need to take her into a vet now for a check up. I would only do it if she hasn't seen a vet recently. In terms of food, for the supermarket brands, I feel Purina One is the best. Other brands of food I recommend include Royal Canin, Hill's Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, and Iams. For treats, I like Temptations. My cats love their treats, and come running whenever I shake the bag. I hope this helps!
