Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco. I would recommend using the below products as I have found they work the best with these cases. If after using these there is no improvement, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her in case oral antibiotics / antifungals are needed. I hope these help! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further! 1. Douxo PS Chlorhexidine combination shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 2. Douxo PS mousse and apply once daily until resolved 3. Welactin omega 3 fish oil capsules for dogs 4. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent

All of the brands you listed are good shampoos. Duoxo is one of my go to shampoos but many are equivalent. A chlorhexadine/ketoconazole shampoo helps treat yeast and bacteria. The main thing is to lather Sibyl up and allow the lather to soak for 20 minutes or so before rinsing. If needed you can bathe every 2-3 days. I also recommend an oral omega 3 supplement such as Derm Caps. Remember if you use topical flea or heart worm prevention the medicated shampoos will strip it out. I recommend oral preventatives for dogs getting medicated baths. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/nutrition-skin-and-dogs https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/pruritus-itching-and-scratching-in-dogs I hope this helps. I really like the Douxo Micellar Solution. It is great at breaking up waxy debris in the ears, it is gentle, and safe if the eardrum is not intact. Here is the link to purchase it on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00G3DN3ZW/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1515718924&sr=8-1&keywords=douxo+micellar+solution&dpPl=1&dpID=318m8cDzvCL&ref=plSrch Thank you for using Boop by Petco!

Hello, I would try this shampoo and then the mousse to help with pruritis: ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/Douxo-SOGEVAL-Disinfecting-Shampoo-Skin/dp/B009EFH8CA/ref=sr_1_10?ie=UTF8&qid=1531993631&sr=8-10&keywords=duoxo ) ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/SOGEVAL-Douxo-Maintenance-Care-Foam/dp/B00KX7J04C/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1531993631&sr=8-11&keywords=duoxo ) Use as directed. If there is a secondary bacterial infection, I would recommend using product called Duoxo Chlorhexidine + Calm shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved. I would also recommend picking up a hydrocortisone spray (Well and Good at Petco) and apply daily to the affected area to relieve inflammation. If it does not resolve or worsens, I would have a veterinarian take a look at Harley so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps!
