Can this be used on a cat with ringworm?

My poor dog suffers from bad yeast infections in the ears. My dog has a spot on her thigh. Pus was coming out of it for a few days. Saw the vet 2 days ago and she didn’t know what it is, but she shaved the area. The whole area is tender to touch. My dog has a bacteria ear infection and I have been using drops twice a day for the infected ear only and a cleaner once a day for both ears. The infected ear is very greasy and I was wondering if it would be okay to clean some of the fur with dawn dish soap.
