Yeah this thing sucks, light thing doesn't work, the screw falls off while grinding nails, and then you can't even get the part off to replace it with a new piece! Unfortunately, I bought it too long ago and can't even replace this expensive garbage. lesson learned.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Cheaply made, poor quality, waste if money. Stopped working because battery connection isn’t being made. It’s not even straightforward to open up and fix, not that I should be doing that with something used maybe ten times.

Not great

Bought it yesterday, put in the batteries, both settings (high and low) work. LED light doesn’t work, screw came off when using it, the sanding barrel also came off when using it. A wrench is needed to replace the sanding drum. Its quality is of a cheap one. Go on Amazon and get a better one for less.

Can't turn the collet

Never had a chance to use it. Was reviewing the instructions & tried to remove the grinder. The collet would not budge. Took it back for a replacement. Tried the 2nd one & the collet didn't budge; even the salesperson couldn't do it. Asked a groomer about it & he said that you have to use a wrench on the collet. NOPE. No where in the instructions did it state that a wrench was needed; they made it sound easy.

The screws fall out of the grinder bit when in use. Plus the led light didn't work. Returning it back to petco.

This is a pretty good nail grinder! It’s easy to hold, it’s fast enough not to take forever and it’s decently quite. I usually prefer chargeable mail grandees over battery powered but I would recommend this battery powered one!

Yes, I recommend this product.

It Sucks and Batteries exploded

I got this for my 45 pound mix breed dog. Her nails grow very fast like for the first month we have to get her nails trimmed every week. Well I got this tool so I can do it at home and the first time it took two hours to get all her nails done. As she fought me and my fiancé tooth and nail until she finally gave up. It lasted the two hours which I was happy about but the motor got extremely hot. That next week it was working fine but the sandpaper was starting to peel so I had to change it. The third week I tried to turn it on and it was completely dead . I open the chamber for the batteries and they got so hot the other two times that the batteries exploded. I cleaned it off and put new batteries in there it wouldn’t go fast and it would stop. So it’s a waste of money and you can buy a better quality one on Amazon for 30 dollars that lasts and doesn’t use batteries.

No, I do not recommend this product.
