Is there an ear protector for a dog that has had ear surgery besides an e-collar. If not, are there e-collars that fasten with velcro instead of the plastic slots which are very difficult to fasten.?

Hello, my dog has several red spots on him that came out of no where on his back. They are flat, unraised, but are red. I’d say there’s two clusters with about 7 red spots in each cluster that goes down his back. He hasn’t been scratching, so I’m wondering if it may have something to do with the “doggy perfume” they put on them at the washers.
