Feed a good quality pelleted diet (Harrison's, Roudybush, Lafeber, Pretty Bird or Exact) supplemented with a fortified seed mix and fresh greens and vegetables. Provide a cuttlebone or mineral block. Always have fresh water available. Provide an appropriately sized nesting box and suitable nesting material (straw, Aspen shaving, shredded newspaper, etc.).

Hello. It is very common to see reproductive disease in chickens including salpingitis & egg yolk peritonitis. If you could bring her indoors where it is a bit cooler, feed her nutritious foods such as cornbread, cooked eggs, even a bit ( not much ) of canned cat food & see if she perks up. Many of these birds are actually in quite a bit of pain, so if there is any way to have her seen by a vet, this would be best. X-rays are often taken in these cases to evaluate the internal organs or see if she is actually egg bound. There is a lot we know about chickens, but sometimes not much we can do to save them. Happy birthday, Peko! I'm not entirely sure what smackers and petsile fruits are, but they look to be some sort of seed treat made especially for birds, so it should be OK to give. If you'd like to give the birds a special treat, some veggies such as salad greens, berries, fruits like a little apple or pear, etc can all be given as a fun snack as an alternate option. Other items such as spray millet are another fun treat most budgies enjoy. Make sure you are giving any treats in moderation and still feeding their regular diet to ensure they stay healthy and do not have any GI upset.

It would be best to try and bring the bird to your vet ASAP to have it treated as the eye and beak both look like there may be a pox or other sort of infection irritating it. You can use a clean washcloth to remove any debris from the eye to help keep it open and more comfortable. Making sure to keep the bird away from any other pets or people is also a good idea to prevent the spread of any illness until it can be treated by your vet.
