I just bought bravecto for both my dogs. This will be the first time I use this type of flea medication. I read a lot of reports about bravecto causing seizures and death. I am afraid to give to them now. Is bravecto truly safe? I do not want to lose my babies. Is there any reports from FDA concerning deaths with Bravecto?
How effective is bravecto and advantage multi? We live in Toronto and have a Belgian Shepherd and a rescue dog. I've read some horrifying reports about bravecto and its making me nervous about giving it to my babies.
I just bought Bravecto for my dog. She has epilepsy and I mentioned this to the vet. She said bravecto can still be used but with caution. My dog doesn't have seizures often, maybe once a year from what I have noticed. Do you think I should still give my dog Bravecto? I have a question about Bravecto Chews for Dogs. I have my dogs Sophia and Daisy Lou on Bravecto and hope I can get my dog Diamond on it, too. My Diamond is EXTREMELY SENSITIVE to ALL Chicken, as it causes her to have seizures/muscle spasms. Does Bravecto Chews contain any Chicken flavor or Chicken Fat as a preservative? Sophie has Bravecto. She is due for another chew in 2 weeks. She is itching though. Can she have the Bravecto early? Or can I put a dose of Revolution on her until she gets Bravecto again. I do NOT see any fleas on her at all. Bathed her. She is biting the tops of her paws. She has that itch reflex when I run my fingers up her spine. No sign of of skin redness, scaling or irritation.

So lovebug got put on prednisolone, chlorpheniramine, bravecto, and malaseb shampoo. We started the medicine today and the shampoo tomorrow. So basically since we put her on the 12 week bravecto dosage we are stopping her revolution for 3 months. Now when we put it on the back of her neck/between shoulder blades, there was so much product that it has stayed wet and greasy all day. Tomorrow is her shampoo bath with the malaseb, so can we wash the bravecto site on her neck? Thank you!
