Bravecto Topical Solution should be administered topically as single dose every 12 weeks according to the Dosage Schedule included with the product. Bravecto Topical may be administered every 8 weeks in case of potential exposure to Dermacentor variabilis ticks. Treatment with Bravecto Topical may begin at any time of the year and can continue year round without interruption. The single-dose applicator tube is easy to use. Simply open the applicator, part the hair on the cat's neck at the base of the head, and apply. Make sure you get the medication directly on your cat's skin, not on the haircoat. Do not let your cat lick herself until the product dries (approximately 30 minutes after application).

Is it normal for fur to be sticky after application? My cats fur looks wet and has a sticky residue where applied.
- My experience is the spot will be matted and “wet” for a day or so.

Is it water proof after it dries?
Does this product help repel fleas and ticks, and does it work on mites ringworm and heartworm?
- This solution will kill adult fleas and ticks including black-legged ticks and American dog ticks. It may also help to prevent and treat flea infestations. It does not kill mites, ringworm (which is a fungus) and heart worm.

How effective has this produce been with ticks, especially deer ticks?
- I would say this works great. My one cat is a tick magnet. He must know exactly where the ticks are because up until I used this he almost always had a tick or two. Constantly! I haven’t seen a tick on him since I started using this. No fleas either. Used last year and once this year. I don’t use it in the winter.
