Do cockatiels have as big of personalities as bigger birds? Will they bond to me as much as a bigger bird? Will they just hangout with me?
I have 2 bearded dragon in the same tank a male and female, shes been acting off and a little agressive only towards me not the male for the past week, while the male is acting normal. They have a sibling bond, but have tired to have sex once should I separate them or keep them together?
2 year old female cat (spayed) suddenly bullying 7 month old male cat (neutered) after co-existing peacefully for several months. Will not allow him to leave bathroom or get on floor. No new pets or environmental changes.
I’ve been getting a lot of mixed answers as to what to feed my dragon and what the schedule should be I’m a new owner and I also want to know what the light schedule should be right now he seems hungry but won’t eat the collard greens I gave him how do you get them to eat them also how do you bond is it strange that his poop was big
I have a young male lovebird that is fairly trained but still getting used to me. He has mirrors, chew toys, etc. in his cage and I even leave the tv on when I leave for school, but he seems to not stop yelling. He’s very social and has lived with other birds before so I’m wondering if I should get another bird. If so, what gender? I have a pretty big cage. I don’t want any mating or fighting but I still want them to bond with me. I’m a new bird owner. What should I do?
I have a 5 yr old dorkie and want to get a cat. I sadly lost mine a yr ago. Olivia is very much mine and stays by me all the time. I feel like I need to be able to appropriately bond with the cat but I don’t think I can hurt Olivia’s feelings. Eventually the cat will be indoor/outdoor but in the beginning only inside. I don’t really know how to address the issue with Olivia. Will she be ok? What’s your best advice. These pictures are Olivia all the time
I have recently saved a Labrador Retriever. She's about 8-9 weeks old . She had some weight on her then all of a sudden she started having major water like diarrhea and excessive weight loss. She is a very playfull pup, she plays with our other two little dogs and acts like nothing is wrong .. I am very worried and concerned..... what co old be wrong?
I'm new to owning a budgie and have had mine for almost 2 full weeks now. I know this is not enough time to form a bond, but are there any helpful tips to give to a newbie at this? He is already okay when I place my hand in his home to refill his food and water and I've done the tricks to feeding him millets by hand to get use to me. He already started eating off my hand after the 4th day of having him and ever since last Saturday, he has stepped up onto my finger about 3 times.
I have two Holland lops (male and female) who are both fixed. I rescued the male about 6 months ago and the two lops have been bonded and inseparable ever since. Yesterday I adopted a third rabbit named Abel who is a male and is fixed. How do I bond all three of them together? Is there a better way of introducing them and having them all get along? The two lops are free roam so I have Abel in a cage for now. I eventually want all three to be free roam together. What can I do to avoid aggression?
Bailey just got neutered today & was prescribed w/ Co Amoxiclav tablet & Mefenamic Acid 500mg Capsule. Vet said i could just buy the medicines that are for humans & I just want to make sure that they will be safe for Bailey because i thought human medications are bad for dogs. Also, i just noticed that there's a greenish color in his fur near his anus and am curious if it's normal and was part of the procedure. Will also consult about this with the vet 1st thing in the morning (1am atm). Thanks!
My St Bernard has recently been prescribed Epiphen 210mg twice a day for seizures and since starting this dose 5 days ago he’s suddenly struggling to get up and has lost strength and co-ordination in his back legs. His own vet thinks it’s an orthopedic concern and isn’t related to the medication, but he was fine before taking this medication. it surely can’t be a coincidence can it? They’ve suggested x-rays and anti-inflamatory’s. I would love a 2nd opinion. Hope to hear from you. Emma
