The bonnet material is pretty cheaply made so this product shouldn't be worn too often to avoid tearing the fabric. I bought the XS/S for my chihuahua and it was absolutely adorable! He hated it but the pictures were priceless. I'm recommend the medium size for yorkies and other terriers. This might not be a good product for dogs with large ears.

We bought these bunny ears fir our cat. He’s about 14 lbs. the xs fit him perfectly. There is Velcro underneath so you can adjust it.
