The website says 11.5" and in the item dimensions it says 11.5 IN. The product is 11.5 feet. It works as intended but since I was expecting 11 inches I'll need to figure out how to route the other 10 feet of product.

I bought this to increase the temp in my terrarium without having to add an above heat source. This is perfect and our home is extra chilly in the winter so I'm glad to have found this product. No one else carries this other than Petco! Thank you!!

I was looking for a heating cable for my pets and it was the perfect length and Watt. No problems with it, works great.

I bought this a couple months ago and I'm very happy with it the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it doesn't say anywhere in the description that I read that the first 6 feet do not get hot unless I missed it. Definitely needs a thermostat to plug it into when using it, without one it got to like 150 degrees with in 15 minutes probably would of got hotter but I unplugged it. But over all very happy with it

Don't buy this horrible low quality cable. It's the worst cable I have ever bought. Not good for your reptiles. Buy a higher quality cable for the same price.
