I purchased this a week ago, and was told I’d receive it in 3-4 days. It’s been a full week now, and it’s not made it nor have I received any email updates on the order.
I’m planning to call my local store tomorrow to see what they can tell me. There’s a chance I’ll end up seeking a refund

No front panel- completely open

I’m sure the product itself is great. However it was shipped to me with no front glass panel. Apparently they don’t sell this in any of the store near me so I’ll have to return and start the shipping process all over again. Meh. I’ll just get something else

the little door on top, once closed, won't open again and there are no openings up top to have electric cords come out. Other than that, I love it.

Will this be big enough for a ball python reguis
- No. Ball Pythons aren't really climbers, they are ground dwelling. Find something with more ground area and less height. Also, as Ball Pythons should be removed from their habitat for feeding (placed in a feeding container), there's no reason to get a small habitat, to make it easier for it to find its food. Something larger, with room for a temperature gradient, soaking bowl, hiding areas, and space for it to grow would be ideal.

Would this be suitable for a whites tree frog
- We bought this for our two White’s Tree frogs when they were small. It was a perfect starter tank. We just upgraded them to a larger one since they’re adults.

this tank will be good for a Jackson chameleon?
- Definitely not unless it is a hatchling and you are using it as a rearing enclosure. By a year at most you should have something at least triple this size. In general screen enclosures are better for chameleons.

- Hi there! Housing must be completely sealed, ventilated, and escape proof. Zilla Fresh Air Habitats are preferred but Zilla Front Opening Terrariums may be used depending on your household’s average temperature. Juvenile chameleons can be housed in a small screen habitats until they are roughly six to eight months old. Adult chameleons should be kept in large screen habitats.

I am wondering if this can be used for an adult Greenbottle Blue tarantula?
- GBB's are terrestrial and would be better suited in a terrarium with more floor space and less height. This product is more for arboreal species who like to climb and live in trees etc.
