I bought this for my 10lb Miniature Poodle mix (9in neck) and this fit perfectly! I was looking to replace her collars since they got grimy easily and this was the perfect option since it's fabric isn't the primary material. My pup looks SO cute! I love that it has a buckle closure as well.
