This is the most ridiculous collar ever. It doesn't stay on the moment it goes on my dog and what's crazy is I can put it on my leg or my arm and swing it around and it stays on!!! Now if I put it on my dog, it shuts off! Don't waste your time messing with this.....

I was so excited when I purchased this collar and leash! I got bc of the different light settings so at night I could tell my dog apart from all the other bouncing lights at the dog park! But as ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS GO; it literally turns OFF the second I put it on my dog! It's SO DISAPPOINTING that I can't trust it to stay on and keep my dog safe! PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION FOR THIS AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL DOMINATE THE MARKET!

I was so excited when I purchased this collar and leash! I got bc of the different light settings so at night I could tell my dog apart from all the other bouncing lights at the dog park! But as ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS GO; it literally turns OFF the second I put it on my dog! It's SO DISAPPOINTING that I can't trust it to stay on and keep my dog safe! PLEASE FIND A SOLUTION FOR THIS AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL DOMINATE THE MARKET!

This works great since we live on 8 acres and it gets dark in the woods. The only problem if my pup scratches his neck it turns on.

Such an awesome idea, if It worked it would be much better. I can turn the collar on and set it on the table and it'll never turn off. I can swing it around my arm and mess with it myself and it never turns off. THE SECOND it touches my dogs fur it shuts itself off. Such an awesome idea, if It worked it would be much better. I can turn the collar on and set it on the table and it'll never turn off. I can swing it around my arm and mess with it myself and it never turns off. THE SECOND it touches my dogs fur it shuts itself off.     No. But you can clean it with a damp cloth or brush and rinse it off.

How do you get it to stay on? It keeps reverting to display or in-store mode and shutting down after 20 seconds.

    Does this collar actually turn all the way off? It’s says to hold the power button 5 seconds to turn off. Tried that but it still has lights that blink red and green. There are no instructions that tell what this means or if it’s supposed to stay on.
