Fell apart within 7 months
Bought this collar in May 2025. It is now November 2025, less than 1 year and it has a tear. Very disappointing! We got this collar as our dog frequently goes into the Lake and loves the outdoors. Loved the concept of a waterproof collar that doesn't stink when getting wet so much. She has wore this for normal wear and is not kenneled where she might catch it on something. It almost like it dry rotted. I wouldn't expect it to last 10 years but less than 7 months is not durable enough!

Never Received No Refund
I was told the package had been loat by the courier. Petco told me a refund would be issued after the package had been returned to the.. IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST HOW WILL PETCO EVER GET IT BACK???

Poor quality for a high price
My dog has worn this collar for about a year now and it’s falling apart and looks terrible. For the price i was expecting much better quality. I bought it in a petco store, and the buckle has made stains on the collar and I’ve tried everything to remove them. And the coating is also wearing off on the leash attachment. I rarely clip a leash to it as she usually wears a harness. Pretty disappointed in the quality overall

To clean our products, we suggest hand washing with mild soap and warm water. All products should be air dried. Not-at-all durable… save your money
It’s ridiculous to spend $40 on a dog collar that is advertised as “super-strong” and have it fall apart after 1 hour of a 3 POUND tiny pom puppy wearing it… and then to be told by the company “sorry! That’s wear and tear, so no refund”. I’m so annoyed that I wasted money on a product that turned out to be DELICATE, but sold for dogs.

Fatal flaw
These colors have a fatal flaw as your dog wears them a bit they will wear a bit of a hole where the buckle sits and the collars will start to slip open that’s not safe it’s happened twice to my shepherd lab mix so back to leather we go

Very sleek design
I really like the look of this collar. The material is kind of silicone-like and it seems to be very comfortable for my dog. My only critique is that my dog's neck size was in between small and medium so I got the small but since the holes are far apart the largest size is slightly big and the second largest is a little tight. I have gone with the larger size for now. Overall though I'm very happy with my purchase (although pricey) and I can't wait to get the matching leash.

Expensive but worth it
I never thought I'd spend $40 on a collar, but I love this one so much. It's weather proof, my favorite color, and has an extremely soft touch coating that probably makes it super comfortable for my dog to wear.
