I was told the package had been loat by the courier. Petco told me a refund would be issued after the package had been returned to the.. IF THE PACKAGE IS LOST HOW WILL PETCO EVER GET IT BACK???

A year after normal wear the collar was completely destroyed. I expected much higher quality with the price and am very disappointed.

My dog has worn this collar for about a year now and it’s falling apart and looks terrible. For the price i was expecting much better quality. I bought it in a petco store, and the buckle has made stains on the collar and I’ve tried everything to remove them. And the coating is also wearing off on the leash attachment. I rarely clip a leash to it as she usually wears a harness. Pretty disappointed in the quality overall

To clean our products, we suggest hand washing with mild soap and warm water. All products should be air dried. It’s ridiculous to spend $40 on a dog collar that is advertised as “super-strong” and have it fall apart after 1 hour of a 3 POUND tiny pom puppy wearing it… and then to be told by the company “sorry! That’s wear and tear, so no refund”. I’m so annoyed that I wasted money on a product that turned out to be DELICATE, but sold for dogs.

These colors have a fatal flaw as your dog wears them a bit they will wear a bit of a hole where the buckle sits and the collars will start to slip open that’s not safe it’s happened twice to my shepherd lab mix so back to leather we go

I really like the look of this collar. The material is kind of silicone-like and it seems to be very comfortable for my dog. My only critique is that my dog's neck size was in between small and medium so I got the small but since the holes are far apart the largest size is slightly big and the second largest is a little tight. I have gone with the larger size for now. Overall though I'm very happy with my purchase (although pricey) and I can't wait to get the matching leash.

I never thought I'd spend $40 on a collar, but I love this one so much. It's weather proof, my favorite color, and has an extremely soft touch coating that probably makes it super comfortable for my dog to wear.
