SureFlap Hub is great addition to the feeders
The hub is a nice addition to the feeders as it lets you know every time someone has eaten and how many ounces with daily totals. The notification comes across your phone with a little meow sound which is cute. I like that you can see thru the app what pets you have added to the feeders, you can create a profile with each pet and add their picture. Having this hub also allows you to adjust the time that the lid on the feeder closes. If you have a persistant cat trying to get into the feeder that is not authorized this feature comes in handy to have the lid close faster. I am very happy with my purchase and I hope this company stays in business.

Great addition
Love the hub to be able to get online. At first it was difficult to set up but then realized it wasn't the hub it was my batteries in the feeder were very low. Once I put fresh batteries in it connected right away. I LOVE the app!

Hub works great
I purchased the hub and 2 surefeeders, I've had them for about 8 months and am very happy with my purchase. I am an RVT at a feline-only vet clinic and recommend the Surefeed system to clients who feed a specific (often prescription) diet to one cat within a multi-cat household.
