I purchased this bag in beige about two years ago and still love it! My boyfriend was against it but glad I did. I wanted something that could fold away easily when not in use and love that this does not take up a lot of space when folded up for easy storage. I love that it opens from different panels so my dog has options on whether he wants privacy or more exposure. Very sturdy as well. He a Maltese mix who weighs 14 lbs and the bag distributes his weight well. Zippers are secure and open smoothly. This is one of those items you should have because you'll need it when you least expect it and will be glad you do. Has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. I would 100% purchase again if ever needed but is holding up very well . Still looks new. I would and do recommend to everyone I know with pets. Way better than those overpriced high brand named bags. I hope they never discontinue it because it really is such a great find or even gift for anyone with a pet that fits.

Picking up new puppy from the airport. This is a much higher quality bag than comparable size Sherpa. Fabric is more high quality and the zippers work better.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This broke after 3 uses. The zippers are really cheaply made and the side zipper no longer works. It’s a travel crate, so we didn’t use it regularly (maybe once a month) and by the time it broke we were past Petco’s 60 day refund window. I saw the price and assumed it would be a quality product, but sadly it’s not. Don’t waste your money.

Bought this for my 5 month old “Teddy Bear” to travel in the he car and airlines. It is well made and sturdy… use it daily.

Fits easily under the seat of a Southwest plane. 5.2 bag of sugar fit well and no complaints. Pockets are good although the potty bag pocket didn’t pull as easy but could be the bag roll. Also if you are flying with your baby pick a Middle or window seat the space under the seat is wider.

I bought this today at PetCo and although it says it is for a pet up to 25 lbs, my 15 lb cat looks very snug in it. The pad is not as cushioned as I would have liked, so I bought the smallest crate pad I could find. Unfortunately, that made it even smaller inside. It's sturdy and well-built, good frame and can be stored flat unzipped. It comes with a clip on expandable bowl. Great product. I just wish it had come a bit bigger.
