Questions
Is this suitable for a dog with pancreatitis needing a low fat diet? Also, new to this product....is a level 3 suitable for a 7 yr old lab with hip replacement?

My dog is taking 150 milligrams of Carprofen. Is this safe to take together? Will it help with her joint stiffness?
- My dog had awful stiffness, and couldn't even get up. Now, taking level 3, she is back to walking, dancing around in circles, and getting up to go out. I was giving her the treats version, but she,didn't want them, after a long time. So, I give her the liquid form of it, and it is working fine. I can tell. Makes me so happy!

Is this safe for my diabetic girl Ruby? She’s about 21lb mini Pincher. She’s 7 yrs old and on 8cc insulin currently.
- For a dog with a serious disease like Diabetes I would suggest consulting your vet. I've had an Epileptic dog in this product for over 2 years w/o any issue, but Epilepsy and Diabetes are completely different illnesses. Good luck!

I have a 6 year old active Aussie, trying to determine if I should use the level 2 or level 3. He plays hard and after resting a bit gets up slow. What is the difference in the levels and what would be better for him?
- I cannot suggest what is beat for your pet but I can say that I have a small breed 11 year old very active pet and he takes level 3 every day for several years now and has not had any slipped joints. When the weather gets cold he may be slow getting up but it doesn’t happen often or last long. I swear by these for my dog

How many calories per tablet?
- Hello. Thank you for your product questions. We do not have a calorie count for the tablets. The soft chews are around 9-10 calories per chew.

My lab is turning 12. She currently takes VitaPet Senior Daily Vitamins by Naturpet. I don't see that on Petco's site. Will she get all the same amount of vitamins in the Joint Health level 3 as she gets from the daily vitamin?
- Hello. Thank you for your product question. The Joint Health Level 3 is the perfect hip and joint supplement for your Senior Girl but there are no vitamins in the product. You should also continue feeding the Vita Pet Senior Daly Vitamins so she receives her daily requirement of vitamins and minerals.

I have a golden retriever that weighs about 90 pounds. He's 4 years old. He's currently on level 1. Can anyone advise if that's sufficient, or if based on his age and weight, should we change the level. Thank you.
- Hi Miranda67, If the dog is doing well on Level 1, you can continue until he is 5 years of age. Then, move to Level 2 until 7 years of age, and then progress into level 3.

why isnt there Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids in the level 3?

- My bottle says: up to 10 lbs. = 1/2 tab 11 - 39 lbs = 1 tab 40 - 79 lbs = 1 1/2 tabs 80 and over = 2 tabs
