I have two cats, a 7 year old and an 11 year old. I've been giving them a mix of three types of dry food (Science Diet urinary health, Blue Buffalo healthy aging, and Blue Buffalo Indoor hairball control mature). Is this a good idea to mix these three together in their bowls? I just want them to get the benefits from these products as well and not get tired/develop an allergy from just one type of food constantly. Thank you!
I've been feeding my cats Candidae food, dry hairball control kibble and wet food 2x/day. They like the dry, but LOVE the wet. However t's quite expensive and that brand only carries 3 oz cans of wet food which makes calculating feeding amounts difficult. My senior cat (14) stopped eating his regular dry cat food. I did try a couple new different kinds but he just wanted wet food. Now he seems to bore of that quickly so I have switching up brands. my 12 months cat eats small amount of dry food is it normal?
My cat is a 1&1/2, he started out throwing up the dry food, so I switch him to fancy feast salmon patted. So long period of time he would only throw up like twice a month maybe, I recently switched to 9 lives patted and he was fine for 2 weeks, now today he has throw up 3 times, in other words every time he has eaten. He is not spayed as of yet. Please help, I really don't have the money for taking him in to vet for them to run a lot of expensive tests.
