Can I bring my cat to petco to get fitted for a harness and leash
Hi,from few months I'm walking my cat outside but instead of harness and leash I use a cat cloth and tie from a sweatshirt,the vest is from soft thin material,wide enough for him to get out easy from it,he loves it and is much healthier than before,even started walks for up to 3 hours daily,but his skin became itchy and rough especially on the place that the ties are tide up,he started to scratch a lot causing almost bald spot,how can I stop the itch and soften his skin or prevent it somehow?
Hey. I have an indoor cat and I dont know that I'm completely comfortable letting him be indoor all his life in a tiny apartment. Now, I have bought a harness and leash designed for cats but I dont know how to teach a cat to walk on a leash or even be comfortable in a bubble bag. Hes terrified of going outside. When I tool him to the vet the other day and his heart was racing. How do I get him comfortable in these? I have tried Feliway, it just doesnt seem to work. What do I do?
Hello! I'm working on harness/leash training my cat so that he can go outside with supervision (we live in a very small apartment). Hi! I have an 8 month old kitten and ive recently noticed that her breath stinks a bit and I want to take care of her dental health.So I recently tried the greenies treats to help to prevent any possible future plague or tartar build up. I tried to brush her teeth but that failed. Artemis didn't even want to try the chicken flavored toothpaste. Are greenies effective for dental health? what Would you recommend to maintain her dental health? Are water additives effective for dental heath?
PULLING: Off-leash, she walks alongside me. Outside, she wears a comfortable harness(pictured). •I stop and use sit command. If I verbally praise her, she jumps right back up and back to pulling. She doesn’t do treats. If I don’t praise her, she’ll stay until I begin to walk again and she’s back to pulling (repeating steps during entire walk). •Gentle leader. She will not walk and acts too ashamed.
