I recently rescued a baby pygmy goat from the mother that wasnt feeding him. Ive bottle fed him to reasonable health using MANNA PRO-KID MILK. He is 13 days old. And I need to know what is a SAFE DELOUSER. And can **HE** eat hay or another food that I can introduce to him to start developing his Rumen. Also our water is heavily milneralized. Please help. Im just trying to help the little guy make it. Every online answer os contradictory. My SINCEREST THANKS for any advice you can give.
My newborn was not eating the milk replacer. I bought primal goats milk and has been eating great. Can I continue to give it goats milk or switch to something else.
Do you give a fainting goat milk?if you do, how long do you give it to it week wise
My pygmy goat needs a worm dose. What would you recommend and what dosage? Please
I have a abandoned 3 week old kitten. I was feeding him KMR liquid. But he started having orangish diarrhea. I started mixing 1/3 parts of Pedialyte with it, but no change. Today I started him on goat milk. Is there anything else I should do? He is very alert. No signs of dehydration. About 9 ozs. Weight gain is slow, but I'm attributing this to the diarrhea. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have 2 ND boys 8.5 weeks old have received CD&T at 6 weeks (plan to do a booster this weekend) bottle fed formula and have never had a problem. They eat fresh orchard grass hay and some oak leaves, love to play and super friendly. They both have extremely enlarged left sides and have darker urine. I’m not sure what to do. They are both hungry and want to keep eating and playing. They are pooping and fine and ate some baking soda that I offered. I just love them so much!
Mini Schneider pup 2 weeks old on goats milk recommended from my vet but has loose stools and very irritated bung area. Poor baby crys with bowel movement. Clean with warm water and no rubbing. Told to keep antibiotic ointment on it but still very irritated and hurts
I have the Panacur C granules. There are three 1 gram packets. Each packet treats 10 lbs. I have a 7 month old rescue kitten who’s about 6.5 lbs. Do I give the entire packet of granules per daily dose (three days in a row)? Please help. Thank you.
Baby calf with scours and nasty cough? He was fine a week ago but has stopped playing and is barely finishing two half gallon bottles each meal.
I have a 2-1/2 week old goat. She has trouble with both front legs, can’t stand. She’s been drinking milk pretty well up until today. She refuses to eat now but screams and screams. She’s shaking. What can I do?
Can i feed royal canin baby dog powered milk mix with Royal canin gsd junior to my 2 month old gsd pup since his weight is 4.5 kg?
I have a 1 1/2 old Billy Boer goat that looks like he is carrying two beach balls in his rumen. I've gave him 1/4 cup veg oil two days ago & baking soda with water last night. He is pooping good , seen him pee last night, wasn't a lot but he did go. Currently he is on dry lot, stopped giving him grain two days ago and only eating Alfalfa until I get some other hay here. Should I be concerned but any other issues? What else can I do? I can push in on his belly and it doesn't bother him.
