I purchased this tank over 5 years ago with a different filter and maybe they have changed the light feature. I absolutely love my old one. It still works fine but looking to replace with this one because it is old. Crud has built in the hood area and there are scratches at the waterline where I used a soft scrubber to remove crud. The light and filter work just fine. I once let the water go lower than needed for the filter and it started making an awful noise. Thought I fried it. It stopped for a while and started working again. That was over 2 years ago. I'm hesitant about buying this updated one after reading these comments about the filter and light features. It's a nice size for the bettas I've had over the years. For the price, I will take the chance.

I've had this aquarium for 3 years now and no problems at all. Absolutely love it! So does my fish! No worries about leaking or bursting. I did replace the filter with a stronger one, but other than that, EXCELLENT AQUARIUM!

I wanted to upgrade my betta tank. He loves it! I don’t use the filter that came with the tank and instead just use my own sponge filter with it. It’s a great tank. He seems to be enjoying exploring his tank. I like how pretty the tank is. It looks great in my living room and it’s not a huge size.

2nd one to crack/bad filter

I loved it til crack started in bottom and had to be replaced- real emergency----now the same tank cracked in same place!!! I have never ever tried to move it with water in it, so that's not the problem. I called store and will get there this weekend- I am only off weekends- week out of the question! Taped it up good and so far so good- praying lasts til Sunday and today is Monday! Also - the filter is not good. Have a cat fish and a betta- 2 fish, and has to be totally changed every other week! I do not overfeed them, so...??? So now this is 2nd tank in 3 months that has cracked in same place.

Can a red clawed crab be in this aquarium?
- Hi Eugene crabs, Good day! Red Claw Crabs cannot be kept in a typical freshwater aquarium environment. They need both land and water to thrive, and they also do best in brackish water. It would be very difficult to provide the crabs with the correct environment in that aquarium kit. Thanks

How does the pump stay in place? The box came with a filter and pump, but there is no way to hang the pump on the tank. The instructions say to hang it in the notched area on the tank, but there is no such place. The instructions also show a diff pump.
- I had the same problem. The issue was the pump/filter came without the piece needed to hang it on the aquarium. I grabbed the old, reliable duct tape. Seems to be working.

Where can i find a new lid with 7 multi-colored LED lights options for my 6.7 Imagitarium Semi-hexagonal aquarium kit. Brand new and my lights are not working. I have only had a few weeks and finally set it up after we moved last week.
- I had the same problem at first. I think maybe the vibration from the filter makes the light cord loosen up. I unplug it and twist the cord a little to make a better connection. This happens to me maybe once a month. You will have to contact the company directly to order a new one.

Does it really hold 6.7 gallon (without gravel and any decoration)?
- I have a bucket that is aquarium use only so I really haven't measured it. With gravel and decorations it's closer to 6 gallons
