All Aquatic Life are guaranteed to stay alive for 7 days from the day they arrive at your home or we will gladly refund your money. Returns or refunds cannot be offered on Live Fish, Invertebrates & Plants that you decide you do not want. Please ensure the items you order are what you want before finalizing the order. Koi specific foods are a must to ensure great health and proper growth. The food should have complete proteins as well as stabilized Vitamin C. Koi also enjoy the occasional treat of grapefruit, lemons, oranges, all cut into small pieces or halves. Koi need to be fed 3 to 5 times daily for proper growth and health. However, when the pond temperature drops below 60 degrees Fahrenheit, feeding should be cut to about 2 to 3 times a day. And when the pond temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter, feeding should be stopped completely as their metabolism slows down too much.
