Fill your clean litter box with at least 1.5 inches of Fresh Step Crystals litter. For best results, do not add any other litter products or additives to the box. Regularly remove solid waste, and dispose in trash. Do not flush. Once every 20 to 30 days, empty entire litter box. Dispose of used litter in trash. For more than one cat, shorten the usage cycle. Recommended litter replacement for 2 cats every 10 to 15 days, 3 cats every 7 to 10 days.
As a reminder, especially to pregnant women and immunosuppressed persons, cat feces can sometimes transmit a disease called toxoplasmosis. Therefore, always remember to wash hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter. For further information, consult your doctor. Unused cat litter poses no toxoplasmosis threat. Caution: Do not use this product as a traction aid because product becomes slippery and slick when wet.

How many bags do I use for two cats?
- I have two separate litter boxes, so I get two bags. One for each litter box.

Can this be used in the roll n clean litter box?
Wondering if it’s a problem for cat who is used to clumping litter to switch to this kind of litter?
- I don't think it's an issue. The clumping is for you not the Cat.Start by mixing a little and build up over time. In the wild before Cat's were Domesticated,They never had a clumping litter.They looked for Sand or Dirt.

Is this safe to use with dogs nearby that could get into it?
- That's a hard question to answer. I would say no and qualify with it depends on what kind of litter box you use. I have dogs, but I use the scoop free automatic litter box so they can't access the poo. The litter box is expensive, I found mine used on Facebook Marketplace for about $50, and even with the cost of the disposable trays I LOVE IT. I have foster cats and I never have to physically scoop, just change the tray!

I just got an automatic litter box. I was wondering, if I get one bag, how many refills will that be?
- An 8lb bag will give you 2 fills at 4lbs each time you clean and refill your litter box. I change mine every 2 weeks. I spend $14 a month on crystal kitty litter for my self cleaning litter box. It is absolutely worth it! Best purchase I ever made. No smell and some mess
