The screen broke within one month of purchase (at seam). My ball python pushed right through it and escaped. I will never trust this enclosure again.

I will never spend hard-earned money on ANY Exoterra product again. Heed this warning, the company DOES NOT stand behind their products. I have had this terrarium for approximately a year. It was designed for dart frogs, which do not require an external heat source when room temperatures are steady between 72-75 degrees. They first attempted to blame their issue on a heater, which I do not have, their opinion now is that the cracks don’t exist.
I have hairline fractures and full crack on 2 of 4 sides and the bottom of the tank. I have been in contact with the company for over a week trying to get the issue resolved.
Needless to say, after a week of silence, my second response from the company was “ From the photos it looks more like scratches than actual cracks in the glass. I am not sure if that is due to the stand underneath the tank causing the view to appear in that manner, or not.”
I have had to tear down a huge investment, rehome my beloved frogs, and am now left with a sad excuse for a tank. I am disgusted!

Shipping was excellent. Came in three layers, pretty much. Not a scratch on it, I’m extremely pleased with that, and even more pleased with how it turned out. My ball python loves it, and I actually really love the dual front doors (have never had anything like that and was dubious). Five stars!

Arrived slightly damaged

My exoterra arrived slightly damaged on a corner of the tank. It doesn't effect the usefulness of the tank but I am slightly disappointed. I'm setting the tank up for a rescue and can't go through a return process for the slight damage.
Otherwise this tank is as described. I love the Exoterra products. This is exactly what I needed.

How thick is the bottom glass, is it tempered?

- This tank is fine for one green snake. The main thing is to make sure you set it up correctly. Heating, lighting, and humidity. Proper substrate and plenty of things to climb on. Just research as much as possible.

- They are arboreal lizards, meaning they climb and like to be up high. An ideal enclosure for one or more adult dragons would measure 6 feet tall, 3 to 4 feet deep and 4 to 6 feet long.

- Yes this size would work for two day geckos. But check around for price. They go on sale at Petsmart often.

- No it’s not big enough to house a beardie, u recommend a 75 gallon enclosure

Is this size good for an adult bearded dragon?
- No. This is too small to for an adult bearded dragon. The measurements come out to only a few inches bigger than the size of a 20 gallon tank. 55 gallon to 120 gallon will be your best bet in terms of tank size for an adult who can be up to 20 inches long, maybe longer.

I would like to create a rainforest atmosphere for a 7” River Toad. Would this be ideal? Thank you kindly.
- I'm not sure that this would be a good fit for a rainforest setting. Due to the screen top a lot of the moisture might be lost. You could probably replace the screen top with a cut to fit plastic one with some holes for ventilation. Other than that it's a wonderful terrarium and I like it for my lizard quite well.
