Very poorly made, strings hanging, carpet coming off the unit

Our ferret LOVES this! Climbing on it, scratching at it, and especially sleeping in it! It’s perfect for a small animal :)

Way too small for anything but a kitten and it's falling apart. Pieces of the carpet are everywhere.

The little kitties love this . The employee that helped me was super! Very kind and helpful.

My cats immediately loved these... I did too.....till I saw how the thing shed like crazy! My rug is a was a different color....now there are "highlights" all over the place. I'm hoping it stops or they will have no covering on them!

I can't get my cat to go inside but he does love being on top of them so hey that works too

Our cat is a larger cat and he really liked this Secret hideout. He had a larger one but this is the one he liked. He would curl up in this or on this and just watch our kids play. It gave him the security of knowing he was protected while I think. It became his "safe place" when company came over. It does not take up a large space and that is good for us. He now will scratch at this more than his post. You can see from the photo that he is much bigger than this, but this is his favorite.

I received the EveryYay Secret Hideout as a promo from Spotted by Petco. It arrived quickly and is very sturdy and great quality. However my cat is rather large and does not fit inside. She loves to scratch on it, sleep on the top, and hide her toys inside. I just wish it was larger. This would be perrfect for a kitten.
