My 25 year old gelding, Bo, cant seem to keep or gain any weight. I feed him 4 lbs of senior grain morning and night at the previois recommendation of my vet, he has access to grass and hay, but he still looks like hes neglected. I just cant get him to put weight on. What are some other supplements I can give him to gain weight?
Hi! What is a good weight gainer for dogs? My dog is a 1.5 year old staffordshire, husky rhodesian ridgeback mix and he has the hardest time keeping weight on. Is there a reasonably priced supplement or any advice? Thank you! Krystin
We have a senior horse and she’s having a lot of trouble gaining weight, what diet do you recommend
Hi i board my horse so I can’t give him an extra meal to help him gain weight. Are there any supplements I should try? Since we love in upstate NY it’s hard to get good hay and grass. Any other tips for weight gain would be great!
How can i pick up weight on a 3 year old stallion? I rescued him about 6 moths ago but hes wild and just cant pick up weight. I have dewormed him twice once with equimax and the other with tramazin for liver fluke. Started a new feed called proteinlek 40 .. will this help? How much should i feed aday?
I want to know what to give my dog to make it fat
What supplements to vets recommend to help an underweight dog gain weight? My dog is pretty underweight, partially because he’s been stressed and puking his meals lately. So, we just switched him to a mellow formula that uses chicken and rice which he’s holding down fine, but he’s so skinny! The food itself is advertised for dogs who are overweight and need a better diet, so I’m concerned about that itself, but it’s the food he holds down right now. Are there supplements I can buy to help?
Can u suggest me ways to make my 8 month old pug pup fat?She barely eats a cup of drools.she weighs 7pounds bt she luks so lean and also which is better; royal canine or drools?
Hey there, I’m currently feeding my golden retriever 80 lbs, healthy weight salmon performatrin ultra with 376 cals per cup. Would it benefit me to switch her over to Royal Canin golden formula as it has 276 cals per cup!
Bruno has severely lost weight in the past couple months to the point his bones are easily felt. Vet gave him a clean bill of health. He eats twice a day 2 cups each time. And he just turned 3. Vet told me to look into a weight gainer product. What are your recommendations?
I have one year old skinny female German Shepard who won’t gain weight. What do i need to do? Get a supplement for her?
My 12-year-old Goldendoodle has been losing weight recently and I have a vet appointment scheduled but I was wondering if you could recommend a new type of food/food topper/supplement that would help him put on some weight? He has always been on the smaller size (never heavier than 70lbs) and I am just worried about him losing weight. We have been putting cheese and chicken on his current food (Iams ProActive Health Adult Chunks) and he seems to like that but I would like to find a better option
