Prior to clipping, make sure your pet has been bathed, dried, and brushed to allow the trimmer to glide smoothly through the coat. Place a few drops of lubricating oil on the teeth of the blade before clipping to help maintain the blade and keep it cool. To remove the blade, with trimmer facing towards you, press upward on blade teeth until the blade pops out.

Not for fluffy dog hair. Did ok on a yorkie haircut but I switched to a cheap much quieter Onesall one we had on hand. This was extremely disappointing as it was not that quiet and definitely not good at cutting plus it’s awkward to hold. Plus side, it appears to be very solid and well made….but unless I need it as a decoration…it’s not great…sadly. 2 stars only because the quality of the casing felt expensive.

No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These trimmers were fantastic and worked great on my golden doodle pup. They weren’t too loud, and they didn’t get caught on the fur. Definitely recommend.
