Bought this 4 months ago and the LED lights on the right side have gone out already. I called Petco and they said they only replace it within 30days but I could but a new hood for $69.99 !!! They advised me to call the company directly to see if they have any warranties. What a waste!!!

Very disappointed. I went from a 80 gal to a 20 gal so I used the same water that my fish were accustomed to and did not have to "start" my water....set my tank up and was very happy with it. Until the next morning when it was leaking in the back corner. I saw some other people had leaking problems, but I was hoping those were a fluke...nope. sure wasn't

I have purchased the hood with built in light, the filter and tubing for the above tank. However I cannot find the fish tank anywhere. Why are the accessories for sale if the tank is not. I will have to return these items and go with another brand. I have the stand and don't want to have to buy another. Do you know where I can find the tank?

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and luckily I read the reviews and saw that it only comes w a 10 gal filter..We bought the 20 gal filter and set everything up and let it cycle and heat for 24 hrs and bought the fish today and everything is ok so far. Hopefully everything stays good!! I would've given 5 stars had it come w the right filter.

Bought this tank about a month ago, and I cannot for thr life of me get it somewhat clear.. until reading the comments just now and realized there is only a 10 gallon filter on it !?! Why is the world would there only be a 10 gallon filter for a 20 gallon tank? My tank is not by a window to help cause algae either. So I guess now I need to go buy a bigger filter for my poor angels and tetras....

I bought this aquarium in February 2021, and immediately had to switch the filter for a Fuval, and had to upgrade the lighting. I was fine with this because generally with these kits you have an idea that the items it comes with low quality “add on’s”. However this week I noticed the silicone that holds the tank together has air pockets in it on multiple sides of the tank. This morning I checked and the whole side of the aquarium is slowly pushing in and likely to break soon. Very small leak as of now but it only gets worse. I would not waste your time with this product. Yes you can resilicone, however, you pay for high quality and it’s just really not what you get at all. Don’t waste your time.

We were advised at the store to go with the kit vs buying all aquarium necessities separately to save money. Big mistake. The heater we had to replace right away as it was not heating above 76f, in 3 weeks we replaced air filter. It was very loud and vibrating. We bought exactly the same just a size bigger. Works great. Waiting for the lights to go out and will have to replace the top. Just buy all items separately and save money and time.

I can’t speak to the accuracy of what you’re seeing in the descriptions, but there is a difference. 20 Gallon Aquarium: 24 x 12 x 16 (H); 30 x 12 x 12 (L); 20 x 10 x 24 (Extra High)

There is an inline switch that controls the light. The hood is controlled by its own in-line separate switch that is attached to an adapter that plugs into the wall. Please call the Aqueon Team at 888-255-4527 if you have any other questions.
