I was brushing my cats teeth and see the back teeth yellowish is that tartar build up? Would brushing with virbac toothpaste take care of it?

Hi, was cleaning my cats ears with the epiOtic ear cleanser solution by Virbac. And the solution spilled every where. My cat might have licked a little while cleaning himself up and might have gotten it into his eyes.. should I be concerned ?
Cooper's ears have suddenly become very red? Why is it so? Do I need to go to a vet. Otherwise his behaviour is normal. I cleaned it with salicylic acid solution by virbac which was recommended by the vet. It is redder than it appears in the pictures. Thanks in advance.
My cat has a dark line in his gums above the back teeth, is this a sign of gingivitis? His diet is nature variety pride tuna formula and orijen kibbles as occasional treats and I weekly rub cet virbac beef flavored toothpaste with my finger because using a brush freaks him out. How else can I help his gum health?
Hello, 1-toothpaste:using petsmile,no complain,but pricey.Other enzymatic toothpastes like sentry petrodex,virbac cet,nutri vet are good too? Or petsmile is the best of the best? Having greenie daily too. 2-itch relief shampoo:vet suggested wash paws twice a day with down dish soap (unknown allergy,licks paws,eats fish food and it's a nightmare to give her med), I would to get a shampoo recommendation for her baths and confirm that is safe to wash her paws with Down in daily basis please. I recently cleaned my cat's ear with Virbac Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleaner since she had excessive earwax. I used a gauze pad and wiped the inside of her ear with the cleaner, but I did not go deep down the ear canal. I also wipe her ear with just a dry gauze pad to keep dry her ears. However, her ears starting having this brown discharge a few days after I cleaned it. What could it be? What can I do about it? Indoor only cat. She's also on Revolution.
My cat has been on nature variety pride flaked tuna cat food cans for a while and he loves it. Recently I have been treating him with a little orijen chicken formula kibbles here and there then yesterday and today he has been having diaherra, I am guess it is the orijen? He has no other symptom but that, would total-botic probotic for cats given daily help his diaherra? Would pumpkin too? As dental treats I give him virbac treats but I am switching to plaque off hard dental treats.
Dental oral care...which products to use? Was suggested OralVet, as its the one which digests in the dogs stomach is swallowed in big chunks. but not readily available in most stores. Is there a comparable product readily available, safe and easily digested?
Our vet recommended OraVet for Bella but is there maybe a cheaper alternative that is just as good?
