right now its really hot in my country 40 degrees celseses, my rabbits are really hot. How do i cool them down? (and my parents dont let them in the house)

We have warm weather now a days. Please let me know how can i prevent my Roxy from heat stroke and dehydration. I keep fresh water all the time in her cage. Cage is covered with cane rooof si that hot weather couldnt disturb my pupoy. Despite of these, i would like to ask something to add in her drinking water or meal like mint water or else.

Is this a good setup for Nighthawk, the first photo is the over all setup, the second one is the side view and the third is the water and calcium dishes. I use an under tank heater that stays at about 88 degrees Fahrenheit and the vines are fake. He has a warm hide and a cold hide with moss in it that’s i spray down every other day. The little box is another little hide that I can see him in. And the background is tile it paper rolls that were painted(they were left to dry for two weeks)
