Neo-Poly-Dex

Hi—a few weeks back my pup was diagnosed with pink eye. The vet prescribed neo-poly-dex ophthalmic Suspencion (2xd for 7 days). He has the exact same symptoms again (yellowish discharge and reddish eyes), would it be safe to start the drops again? Do I really need a vet appt? Thank You!

Our Morty, a 9-month old Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix, had a modified Morgan's cherry eye correction on 5 March and there's still discharge (greenish eye boogers for lack of a better description). We're continuing to treat the eye twice daily with Neo-Poly-Bac Opth Oint Vetropolycin as instructed by our vet (last visit was 2 April) but isn't this taking a really long time to heal? Should we see a different vet for a 2nd opinion?

White persian flat faced feline intact Sneezing, eyes are crusty all the time even if cleaned. Vaginal and rectum area wet and patient is in heat. Tried new poly dex drops for eyes. Didn’t work. Tried doxycycline liquid by mouth didn’t work either. I don’t know what to do and how to keep her clean. Her face is always wet as well when she drinks water she dunks her whole head in the bowl and looks like she has trouble drinking it.

Beau is on neo/ poly b sulf Opthalmic ointment for what the vet thinks is corneal edema. Eye dye test shows no uleration. He has a partially cloudy cornea with blood vessels branching into it. The vet said it might take a long time to heal, if it will heal. How do I know that the problem has been resolved?. I have read that the haziness is fibrosis and will not go away, so does that mean the problem is resolved once the blood vessels subside?

Can I give a dog Tussigon and guaifenesin/Dex Hydrobromide at the same time?

4 year old 40lb dog diagnosed with a bad cold/kennel cough. I was given dex/guaifenesin tabs with instructions of giving them 3x a day (as well as a course of doxy). Can I give the dex/guaf a few hours early to calm cough before bedtime? Also, dog has been coughing up mucus - is that because of the expectorant?

my cat has been having a problem with his eyes and has been prescribed both neopoly dex ophthalmic ointment and ofloxacin ophthalmic solution can you mix them or is one better than th eother?

Dex and Benadryl were administered before Dhpp and bordetella, reasons I do not know why. My question is, will the Dexamethasone inhibit an immune response for the Dhpp and bordetella?

My cat was diagnosed with mild pancreatitis. His Amylase was slightly above the high range, WBC also a little high and elevated Neutrophils (not through the roof). He was given about 12 days of Poly shots with an appetite stimulant and occasional B-12 shot. He seemed to recover by about 75%. After about 5 days or so after the treatment ended he went down hard. Fluids were administered but he got edema, Lasix (shots then tabs) is working and put him back on Poly. Looks better. Just want thoughts

hi, my puppy dex is breathing really loud lately today he has been really dopey and down and keeps sleeping. he has no energy won’t bark or play i’m not sure what to do right now

After being in hospital on iv fluid and dex because of a subluxation in the neck. my dog cane home with sores on stomach And now mouth and back end is swelling. And she has a swelling in chest as well. Not eating and is leaking urine. Very painful in stomach and rear end.
