My dog has some weird spots on his face and back leg. He has not had exposure to nature lately and no food changes. I need to send a few pics.
Can you tell me the best stuff to use for bad breath? I bought nature promise fresh dental gel for my dogs. Is this safe and good to use? I also want something to clean their teeth?
My dog's back foot has begun "twitching". He began by moving slower, putting less weight on the limb, and now he sometimes gnaws on the foot. This decline has occurred during the course of a few hours, and after a playful morning. I am not aware of any traumatic injury to his leg, and he looked normal while playing. He dislikes any touch on the foot and struggles to get comfortable. There are no gross deformities or inflammation that could show on camera. Thoughts? Thank you in advance!
Hello, we know our cat is at end of life. Euthanasia in 2 hrs at home. CKD/CRF since October. All the standard treatments (sub Q fluids, renal diet, etc.). QUESTION: it is a warm and lovely morning here, is it advisable to bring the cat outside in her comfortable bed for some last exposure to nature? Or better to leave her in the cooler darker house? Thanks.
My nephew recemtly moved in woth me and brought along his 11 month old shepherd mix. I have noticed the past couple of days that she pees alot!!! Not just great big puddles but while shes put aide she will pee evwry few mins. Could she possible have a uti or something of that nature? Her urine is pretty much clear. And i have seen any blood in it.
One of my dogs ears is permanently pointed in wrong direction. At 9 weeks when I picked her both ears drooped in a cute fashion. At 10 weeks one ear has become this way on its own and the other is mildly drooping. Not sure what caused this. A pet store clerk mentioned ear clipping by puppy mills. I would like to know how to restore her ears to original droopy nature. Have shared both pics before and after. The pic with the funny ears was taken today.
Hi,my female cats are getting old and started to protect themselves from other cats and constantly hitting and scratching my male cat,who loves them much and now is feeling very depressed from their behavior,he also recently got scared from plush toy mouse and week after that he can't forget it,now he jumps and ran away from every object, how can I reduce these two stresses for him in a healthy way because he's very stressed now, he's very emotional sensitive and timid animal by nature, thank you
My cat Xena (1 year old) has a bit of a swollen bottom lip that we just noticed yesterday morning. We read it may be an allergic reaction but not sure to what. Currently we feed her Wegmans nature brand salmon and tuna grain and corn free wet canned food. Recently switched her litter to a different brand because they didn't carry the usual one that we get at the time. But she's still as playful as usual and has a normal appetite, sleeping behavior, potty breaks, and does not show any discomfort
My female gerbil had babies May 3rd. I immediately removed the father I don't want more babies. She does still have her 2 daughters from her first litter. However I am noticing her babies are behind schedule with milestones. Theyre a week old and still trying to develop fur. Mom does lay on them and keep them warm and groom them, should I let nature take it's course or step in and help feed them? She has did start with 6 and is down to 4. I am worried she is to stressed to deal with them.
I adopted an 8 year old cat. He has a history of anorexia. I’ve had him for 24 hours. He slept with me and has been surprisingly friendly considering how shy his nature is. He hasn’t eaten more than a couple of bites of food and I’m not sure if he’s had water. Now he won’t come out from hiding spots which I’m guessing is because he’s annoyed with me for using a wash cloth on him earlier (he has lots of dandruff and doesn’t smell the best but the cleaning helped) Do you have an recommendations?
my 8week old puppy had bright red blood in his stool today yesterday also and he had pooped an excessive amount about 9 to 10 time in a row. he had his first round of shots last Saturday and was given a deworming medicine. He hasn't shown any signs of worms till this morning that I noticed a long worm like thing in his stool. that was the only time I notice anything since he had been given his medicine. He still has a very strong appetite and has been gaining weight steadily and his hyper nature
My 3 yr old female ten pound bichon had sudden onset what I assume was gastro in nature. She would arch her back & just couldn’t settle and paced. I let her out and she ate grass and had wrenching noises like she was going to be sick but was not. She’d come back in and had 3 moments where she cried out as if someone had suddenly stuck her with a needle. We f d her boiled chicken n white rice and within hours she’s playing with her squeaky ball and we went on our long walk she p’d n pooped fine
