My young cat is eating and drinking fine, but he is lethargic and doesn't go outside much

I have 2 cats, female and Male, brother and sister. HAd them from 10 weeks old, very loving and lovely natured. HOuse ages who go out for short periods in summer. Let them out today, female cat ran in scared and didn’t go back out. Brought Male cat in two hours later, popped out for an hour. Returned to find female cats hissing and growling at Male cat, stalking him, attacked him. Can’t be in same room as him, looks on edge, change in personality. Male cat never been spiteful, is a slob, help

I think my cat may have conjunctivitis, does she need to see a vet or is it safe for me to go to the local drug store?

Please read carefully! Hi! I was feeding a large feral cat colony. My neighbor kept reporting me to the police, so I had to stop. My neighbor 1 street over is feeding the cony now, and they have all been spayed and neutered. There is 1 cat that just came back from being spayed. It always relaxing in the room stretching out its legs behind at different places,sometimes it will go out and run around around at a fast pace, after that it'll just go back relaxing. Although this is it's usual behavior, I wanted to know is it because it's bored and that's why it don't feel like doing anything?Although it always very excited to go out but it'll just come out to relax and sometimes will go exploring a bit by digging things when it feel like it. We found a stray cat. Had her spayed and all her shots. About a month she her being inside she started attacking. Could this be because she wants to go outside and play? (She always sits and watches from the windows or doors)

What does my cat have? Symptoms include sluggish with a fever (told it was of unknown origin) that breaks after a day when given antibiotics. Sneezes uncontrollably, eye gets goopy. Symptoms go away after a couple days on antibiotics that is given through a dropper.
