Dharma Dog Karma Cat

Update my previous question, I forgot to add the new ingredients that I have for his food. I use three chicken breasts, some Chicken Livers, I'm going to be grinding up some eggshells for some eggshell powder karma I use 3 whole eggs as well as 1/3 cup of steel cut oats. For flavoring I use clam juice. I'm just wondering what nutrients my cat might lack on this diet and what supplement I could use if he is lacking any.

We have a 4 year old great dane RaeRae and a barely 3 month old Presa Canario. When the Pressa is sitting with me and RaeRae, my Great Dane comes over to play the Pressa growls at my great dane. This concerns me. When it happens I set Pressa, who's name is Karma, down or away from me. I know Pressas can be naturally animal aggressive and would like to know what I should do. How can I introduce a dog-fearing cat and a dog? Would adopting an adult dog or a puppy be better? My cat HATES dogs-even dogs who don't care about her. A dog I am thinking of adopting is a 3 year old husky mix, and he has met my cat before and has no interest in her. However, she was so afraid of him that she wouldn't leave the upper floor of our home, which the dog couldn't reach. I would love to add a dog to my family, but I have made a commitment to my cat and don't want to ruin her life.

Hello, I have had a cat and dog for many years and they are best friends but I recently brought a 2 year old dog home who has seen the cat and smelled her but doesn't really care which is a good sign. The problem is my cat sees the dog through the backyard door and her instinct is to literally chase the dog away. Its been about a day and I am doing the usual feeding them on either side of a door and letting them smell each others scent but cat is protective. Any advice to help the cat adjust?

great article. dog has always had seasonal allergies, but now constant. violent scratching, almost continuous.steroids & antihistamines no relief. in article, mentioned to keep away from cat litter boxes. suspect cat poop ingestion; have also seen eating frozen dog poop in winter. could that be problem? severe itching.

How do you introduce an new dog to our cat

Hi, I'm trying to introduce a new dog to a cat I already had. The cat is very, very skittish and the dog has been less socialized than I had been led to believe by his previous owner. I'm keeping them separated, but the few times I tried to introduce them, the dog gives a warning growl or bark, and the cat gets frightened and runs away. Are there any best practices or tips I should follow as I continue, and do we know how long that might take?
