Thank you for contacting Boop by Petco with your question about Timo. This is a great question! You will be relieved to know that this is a safe range for your dog as well, and he can continue to sleep with you each night. Enjoy your new mattress!

Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco.\ You can use any type of filler you would like however, most of what you will find is polyester types. You can purchase "stuffing" at any fabric type store like JoAnn Fabrics. ( https://www.joann.com/sewing/foam-and-fiber/fiberfill/ ) Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. This is going to be a difficult habit to break but it can be done with the correct training. I would recommend associating his bed with being rewarded (treats, praise, etc.). One other thing you could do is crate train him so that he sleeps in his crate at night in a different room. You could also give him NaturVet Quiet Moments Calming Chews with Melatonin (can be found at your local Petco) to help calm him and help him sleep at night during this period of training. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

If he is digging a hole in the mattress while you are present, you need to correct the behavior. If you are sleeping through this, put a few bells on his collar so that they will jingle when he is moving around and wake you up. If this is happening while you’re not home, it is unlikely you will be able to correct the behavior since you were not there to supervise. In that instance you need to block his access to the bedroom or keep him in a crate anytime you are not home to watch him. I hope this helps.

It's common for young puppies to bark and cry if they are alone at night - more space is not likely to make any difference. I would recommend having Toby sleep in a crate right beside your bed at night. This way, you can talk to him or rest your hand on the crate to reassure him if he fusses.
