Leopard geckos are great "starter" reptiles. They don't require special lighting (UVB) like other reptiles. A 20 gallon tank is big enough for one. Add a heat source, hides and a water bowl and you are good to go. Keep him warm and as stress free as possible. If he is on loose substrate, switch him to slate, paper towels or reptile carpeting to prevent material from sticking to his vent. Submit a stool sample to your veterinarian to diagnose intestinal parasites.

Given the other symptoms (lethargy, decreased appetite), she may have an infection or abscess. Ideally, she should be examined by your veterinarian or a vet experienced in treating reptiles. If it is infection, she will need antibiotics which are by prescription only. Review her diet with your veterinarian to confirm proper nutrition. She should also have a heat source, UVB light source, access to fresh water and an adequately sized enclosure.

Hi! I was wondering what reptile/amphibian/insect/arachnid I can keep in a medium eco terra faunarium? (Roughly 7.5 x 12 inches)
It is too small to be used for much beyond transport, quarantine or temporary housing (i.e. during cleaning of main enclosure). The plastic construction does not allow for light or heat sources which most reptiles or exotic pets require.
