I would recommend contacting pet poison helpline. They will be able to provide you with more information about this specific product and whether it has the potential to be toxic to Rose. If there is a toxicity concern they will give you a case number that you can provide to your regular veterinarian. Your vet can then contact the veterinarian at the poison center and be advised of the recommended course of treatment.

Hello. This is literally an age old question & basically it all goes back to this: no one knows what goes on in a cats head. I am not just being facetious, but even my cats drive me crazy sometimes. Food, toys, beds, cat condos all go through love/hate phases all the time. I think it is so wonderful that you adopted him, & as long as he loves being with you, the warming bed may just be too foreign to him. There may also be a very low quality hum or vibration that goes along with the heating elements that just puts him off. If he loves his condo & his blankets, that may be all he needs, plus food & love. Again, thanks for taking him in & thanks for using Boop by Petco.

I suspect he is dachshund / shepherd / terrier mix based on his facial features and body. I would suggest trying the DNA test kit by Royal Canin. This requires a vet to draw a sample of blood and then you submit it with the kit.
