The length of this leash is just right for my gentle giant, a black lab around 110 pounds. I feel like I have complete control while we are walking without having to yang on a long leash it allows me to lead her in the direction I am trying to go. The handle part is a bit stiff but I think with time and wear in, the grip will loosen a bit and be very comfortable to hold.

This is a perfect leash for my dog's tactical dog harness. I had to take him to the vet for yearly checkup and shots. He loves everyone, but I like to keep him close to me so he doesn't bother anyone, and you never know about other people's dogs. This worked great. I also liked it while walking through the parking lot with cars passing by. Kept him close and safe. I received this product for free from the Spotted by Petco sampling program in exchange for my honest review.

I’ve been a multiple dog owner since I was 19 and I’m 62, so I’ve gone through a lot of leashes and walked dogs for a lot of miles, so trust me when I say this is a great leash. It’s a comfortable grip, and it’s strong (I have a couple of dogs that test that and retractable leashes have broken, hooks have given away, I’ve probably had it all happen). It’s long enough but not too long (I have collies for reference). I now have two of these, and they are my decided favorites.

I just recently went on a hike w my 6 month old pup who is still learning to stay by us when people are coming towards us thankfully this short traffic leash is amazing for that! We just had the short leash connected to him the entire hike and eventually he just stayed by us! It’s a great tool to teach ur dog to stay in ur bubble with you

Really well made heavy duty short leash that allows you to keep as much control as you can without carrying your dog lol The handle shape and finger grooves makes for comfortable walks when you have a big dog that likes to lead the way.

We’ve been working with close walking with our two year old lab and while she does very well on leash it’s been kind of difficult to keep her right next to us especially in city situations. This is the perfect length to keep her right at our side but it’s long enough I can keep my arm extended without needing to bend at all. The handle is a nice padded rubber and the rope feels very sturdy without being stiff. The chrome hardware is also nice and sturdy. I have no concerns with the durability of this leash

This reflective rope traffic handle is PERFECT for any and every adventure dog and family. Simply attach to the harness and use as needed for quick closer control of your dog. Example moving over on a trail for passerbyers or for reigning in a hyper dog to calm them for a moment! A def must have!

I like the reflective details, the easy grip handle, and the length is perfect for my dog walking at my side. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to use it. It works great for off leash walks to the mailbox that transition to on leash when we are near the road. If I leave it attached to my dog he trips over it. Although I like the grip handle, I think it’s an awkward size for me. Overall it’s a good product, but I wish I had more examples of clever ways to use it
