My mice are very happy with this! The only thing I dislike is that it’s harder to see through than most plastics so you have to squint to see them sometimes.

These mini hideaways are awesome! My dwarf hamster fits in hers just fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for a chinese or syrian hamster. My mouse likes to get on top of his and groom himself. My rats also have a big one, and my bunny has a really huge one.

They typically don’t ingest the plastic. I have had many types of small animals with all kinds of plastic toys and they have never actually consumed any, just chewed on it.

I use it to hide my rats snacks.They love it! They get really excited chatter and run to hide it. Never gets old seeing,very affordable way to help a rat do what it love's doing.

It should. The mini size is size of my palm. See other comments, if keeping in water it will need to be weighed down

I have the mini size and both of my dwarf hamsters fit in it at the same time. Large is ideal for guinea pigs.
