This is a cockatiel breeding box. They do carry one for parakeets.

It does seem to be made from 1/4 " pine but whether kiln dried , i have no idea. Nicely done though.

Hummingbirds don't use nest boxes; they generally build a nest in the fork of a tree branch out of lichens and spider webs. If you want hummers to nest in your yard, provide bird baths w/ splashing water (very shallow, of course) and plant lots of nectar-bearing tube shaped flowers and offer hummingbird feeders with plain (no red dye) sugar water - one cup water + 1/4 cup sugar.
