We bought this while buying our first 2 parakeets thinking they would need some toys to keep entertained. We've had them for about a month now.The keys broke pretty quickly, never have I seen my birds play with the ball. However they aren't flighted so I don't think they have confidence to play with it much. I keep it hanging close to another perch but they do like to watch it play with it while talking to them. The ladder mirror is worth it though they love climbing the ladder up and down and looking in the mirror and playing with the beads.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR BIRDS! Or at least don’t use the ladder! Mirrors are not healthy for budgies, so we just removed the mirror. One of my budgies loved sitting underneath it. Until today, when she got her head stuck between the ladder. She ended up breaking her neck and dying. So please please please do not allow this in your birds cage. My baby did not deserve this!

I bought my budgies this week on Monday and today is Thursday. I bought these toys with them. They both love these the ladder is their favorite, but the rolling thing fell off after they both aggressively played with the toy (not the people who sold it's fault.) And keys they don't know how to play with. So over it is GOOD!.
