I was excited to come across this universal drain cover because I have to clean out my Tub Shroom a few times when bathing my labradoodle in the bathtub, but this item is better in theory than it is in practice. The drain is too narrow for this to fit so I laid it flat and there weren’t enough holes higher up to effectively drain the bath water and once enough water had collected, the drain cover lifted enough for hair to pass through and clog the drain. I’d give this item zero stars if I could.

Does a fantastic job trapping all the shedding fur from both of my large dogs - and honestly, my hair as well! Easy to clean and install, it has become the default drain cover for everyone to use, daily.

Such a great little tool for human and pet hair alike! Easily fits into any sink or shower; catches all the hair and is easy to clean. Plastic is also super soft and easy to shape but still feels sturdy. Where has this been all my life?

This product is well constructed and was easy to use. With the outer rim made the way it is it helped to keep it in the drain like it is supposed to. With the rubber construction of the product it made it super easy to both fit in the drain and to clean when finished. It was super easy to remove the hair with it having a canter stick to be able to invert the drain cover in order to empty it.

The well and good silicone drain cover for dogs is a bit too big for my tub. It does its job perfectly of draining water and collecting fur and human hair. I don’t have any major concerns with it other than the fact that he was too big for my drain.

I was under the impression that this would fit any drain, but it does not work for my shower drain, in which I need to use it "upside down" with the hump facing up. While it may block some hair from going down the drain, it also backs up the water from draining quickly. I don't plan to continue using it but perhaps if you could use it the other way (with the hump down) it would work well.

I was hopeful that this drain cover would work for both bathing my pup and for everyday use (I have long hair and shed, too!), but unfortunately it doesn’t gather all the hair. I noticed that hair was often sliding under the outer rim and completely missing the cover. The hair that it did collect was easy to clean, though.
