What would be the best tools for grooming a short haired dog (Amstaff)?
What is a safe hair gel for my dog
I am trying to find a grooming brush that would help me with my corgis. I don’t want something that will pull too much fur, I don’t want something that will hurt them. I do have a grooming glove but it doesn’t work as good as I thought.
Dr. Hinson, what about the brand Oxyfresh or brushless toothpaste? Either of those any good? Btw, I ordered some Allivet stuff you showed me it’s supposed to arrive today. Both my bubba and Mia have really bad dander. If I brush them, it comes out in handfuls.

I bought a Furminator for short haired dogs after my girl's bath earlier this week. She's starting to shed due to the change in weather. Though, I've noticed some complications with her fur. The hair on her lower back and shoulders comes out easily, which is great! However, the hair on her mid back is more coarse/rough and takes more effort to comb. Is there something wrong? Do I need a specific shampoo to make it softer? What should I do? Pics: 1. Her entire back. 2. Soft fur. 3. Rough fur.
My 13 year old lab looks like he has mega dandruff when brushed. IHe is scratching a lot and I keep finding little crusty clumps every now again in very furry parts. I bathed him thoroughly in hibiscrub but it hasn't made a lot of difference. Most of his coat shines. He has been on Metacam for many years for osteoarthritis. He does hydrotherapy and gets rinsed thoroughly and washed with an aloe Vera shampoo. He always wants to roll on his back when out for a walk. Wish he could talk!
