I brush my kittens to sleep using this! It does a nice job brushing.

Got this for my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Bristles are course enough to remove dead fur but soft enough to be comfortable for him. Right size for a small dog

It works very well. It was expensive at $10 but it was worth it.

I bought this brush in Bakersfield, Ca. It works pretty well. It's a bit bulky so my cat didn't appreciate it coming at her at first. However it works well and she got used to it. She's a shorthair, but she sheds a little bit and this seems to help a little.

Gets a lot of loose hair from our short hair cats. They seem to like this one better than the wire bristled brushes. I don't know if it would work well on a long hair because all of our cats are short-hairs.

My cat hated being bushed by the "wire" bushes I've always used so I thought I would try this one. Now she LOVES being bushes which is wonderful because it reduces the amount of cat hair she leaves around the place!! I saw someone mention in their review on other sites that they didn't know how to get the fur off of the brush. I've had no problems pulling it off with my hand, and if someone has trouble with that, the hose from a vacuum would work too!
