Eye-Heal is a 100% herbal formula and contains the following ingredients: Certified Organic Burdock Root, Certified Organic Celandine Herb, Wild crafted Meadowsweet Flowering Herb, Certified Organic Rosemary Herb. Inactive Ingredients: Deionized Water and Grain Alcohol (20% by Volume).

COA - Microbial and Heavy Metal
Dilute 5 drops in approx. 20 mL of freshly boiled water and leave to cool. Soak a clean cotton swab in the solution and gently wipe eyes from inner to outer corners. Use new swab for each eye. Repeat 3 times daily when necessary. Eye-Heal can also be used on small pets. Ferrets, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils & mice: Dilute 1 drop in 5 mL of cooled, boiled water. Apply to damp, clean cotton swab.

Questions
Directions aren't clear. I assume that it is NOT the case to make contact with the cornea, wiping. I believe that adding moisturizing with the solution using the swab to wipe the CLOSED eye, is what you are trying to do. Is this right?
- Yes, you are correct. You wipe the diluted solution on the outer eye, across the eyelid, to cleanse the eyes. The herbal ingredients are very soothing to the eyes.
