Perfect little step for a kitty with a cast!!
I bought this today and it's perfect. My cat had ankle surgery and can't use her other litter box as it is a very high step. This is just right for her to walk in and out of.

Bought this for my senior cat!
I needed a low entry litter box for my senior cat. He was having trouble getting in and out of his regular litter box which has higher sides, so he just started going on the carpet :(. When I realized the issue I looked for low entry cat litter boxes but the ones marketed to cats were actually more expensive than these low entry puppy training boxes! It worked a treat because he uses this box consistently now and no more accidents! Win-win!

What are the inner dimensions? In other words, what size pee pad will fit in it?
Can someone tell me if the low opening is on the long side or the short side of the box?
- The sides are 5.25” tall, and the low opening is 3.5” tall and 11” wide. The box itself is 19.5” x 23.25”. The low opening is on the longer side of the litter box. The inside is a slippery plastic texture. I use this for my pet rabbit and it works well with a thick layer of wood stove pellets (to absorb urine) on the bottom and a generous amount of Timothy hay on top of the wood pellets. I’ve owned it around 3 years and it still looks very nice.

Would the large actually work for a large dog? I mean most dogs like to go in circles before they drop their BM. Is there much room for turning?
- It would be a really tight fit. Its easier to get into than most, which may help with the circling. Not sure you’d find anything bigger.
